Full time

Responsibilities:

    • Responding on a daily basis to employee inquiries (local and from the dedicated region)
    • Working in a ticketing system: receiving and processing requests, escalating more complex cases to the manager or payroll team
    • Supporting the payroll and HR teams in day-to-day employee service
    • Working with data in Excel (data comparison, identifying exceptions and discrepancies, analyzing root causes of inconsistencies)
    • Participating in payroll and HR-related projects
    • Supporting project communication (handling project-related emails, sharing information with the team)
    • Ongoing cooperation with the payroll team and HR managers on operational matters

Requirements:

    • First experience in the payroll area
    • English language skills at minimum B2 level
    • Knowledge of Italian or French or German or Spanish language at minimum B2 level
    • Knowledge of Excel and willingness to further develop in this area
    • Strong communication skills
    • Flexibility
    • Accuracy and attention to detail

    Nice to have:

    • Knowledge of Polish language
