Responsibilities:
- Responding on a daily basis to employee inquiries (local and from the dedicated region)
- Working in a ticketing system: receiving and processing requests, escalating more complex cases to the manager or payroll team
- Supporting the payroll and HR teams in day-to-day employee service
- Working with data in Excel (data comparison, identifying exceptions and discrepancies, analyzing root causes of inconsistencies)
- Participating in payroll and HR-related projects
- Supporting project communication (handling project-related emails, sharing information with the team)
- Ongoing cooperation with the payroll team and HR managers on operational matters
Requirements:
- First experience in the payroll area
- English language skills at minimum B2 level
- Knowledge of Italian or French or German or Spanish language at minimum B2 level
- Knowledge of Excel and willingness to further develop in this area
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Polish language
