Customer Service Specialist with languages
location: Warszawa, Kraków, Gdynia

- Answering suppliers' inquiries via phone and email.
- Helping AP Team in their daily queries.
- Providing high quality of internal customer service.
- Effective and efficient processing orders.
- Supervise stock reserves.
- Daily contact with customer.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Very good knowledge in one of the following languages: French, German, Hungarian or Czech.
- Good understanding of customer service, positive attitude.
- Oriented on analysing and solving problems.
- Strong personal and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic and reliable with high networking skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Creating a friendly environment.
- Understanding of AP process or willingness to learn it.
- Professional attitude.
